Amelia received $1,440 in Limited budget funding to understand the experience of nursing staff reporting adverse events in ADHB.
The study aims to answer two research questions:
What are the experiences of Staff Nurses when recognising and reporting adverse events in a tertiary New Zealand setting?
What do Charge Nurses identify as effective resolution of adverse events in a tertiary New Zealand setting?
